Is Colief better than Infacol?
I’d say try infacol first – it’s much easier to use and cheaper as well. It works for some babies really well but not for others. I’d say if it doesn’t work in a few days then try colief. It’s a bit of a pain to use especially if you’re breastfeeding as it has to be mixed with milk but it really seemed to help my baby.

Hi, yes you can use both together. I have had it recently for LO and the gaviscon worked well in keeping the formula down – LO has severe reflux and it is worth a try.

Colief is not a licensed medicine. Lactase is an enzyme that helps break down lactose in milk (both breast milk and bottle milk). Colief should be purchased unless prescribed as a borderline substance according to under ACBS advice as described below. Prescriptions should be endorsed “ACBS” 5.
