Can you practice Buddhism in Tibet?
Religion is extremely important to the Tibetans and has a strong influence over all aspects of their lives. Tibetan Buddhism is practiced not only in Tibet but also in Mongolia, parts of northern India, the Buryat Republic, the Tuva Republic, and in the Republic of Kalmykia and some other parts of China.
Can I join a Tibetan monastery?
While at a Buddhist Monastery, you can indulge in any of the acts of learning and sharing. You may join the monks at prayer, or you may learn about their traditions, beliefs, and culture. You can also meditate alongside the monks to get connected to peace and solitude.

Rebirth in Buddhism refers to the teaching that the actions of a person lead to a new existence after death, in an endless cycle called saṃsāra.
