Does NPTEL certificate have value?
The certificates issued bear the stamp of CCE, IIT and hence are valuable additions when the student is applying for jobs. On successful completion of advanced NPTEL course by the faculties, AICTE approves as FDP so that they can get the points for the same.

Is NPTEL exam compulsory?

Is Nptel course hard?
With good effort, you can easily crack most of the courses as the pass percentage is 40% (Assignment Marks + Exam Marks). Most of the courses have questions in Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs) format. Programming courses tend to be a little difficult in comparison to theoretical courses.
Does Nptel 2021 have negative marking?
There is no negative marking for not attempting the question.
Can Nptel exam be given from home?
