When did the Heckler and Koch HK 45 come out?
To show the element please choose one of the following options. When Heckler & Koch first introduced the polymer framed semiautomatic pistol models HK 45 and HK 45C in 2007, they were also available in Germany, but only for a short time. Unfortunately, the new 45’s were taken out of the program rather quickly in Europe and sold in the USA instead.
How many rounds does a HK 45C hold?
The magazines hold eight .45 ACP rounds. With an extended mag, you can top off at 10+1. The magazines for the 45C and USP Compact are interchangeable. HK took the modular approach to the controls of the 45C and USP Compact, particularly with respect to the safety/decocking lever.
Is the HK45 Compact a single action or double action?
The HK45 Compact Tactical is currently available as a conventional double action/single action pistol (V1 model with a safety/decocking lever mounted on the left side of the frame) and as a “slick-side” LEM (Law Enforcement Modification) V7 model that uses HK’s enhanced double action only trigger mechanism and has no external safety/decking lever.
What kind of magazine does a HK45 Tactical Use?
The HK45 Compact Tactical uses all HK45 magazines, from 10-rounders to the smaller capacity 8-round magazine. A Picatinny MIL-STD-1913 rail for mounting lights and accessories is molded into the polymer frame of the HK45 Compact Tactical.
