Generally, this is because the park is so quiet that there is no reason to remain open, paying customer care staff, etc. However many parks still use this period to carry out larger maintenance jobs and get ready for the new season.

We provide all bed linen other than cot linen for most bookings. We do not normally provide towels, tea towels or other bathroom and kitchen requisites unless specified. Entertainment passes are included for all holidaymakers named on the booking for all direct bookings.

Yes, a select number of our parks are open over Christmas.
Are Haven Holidays open in November?
🏖️This year has been undoubtedly tough for everyone and so we’ve made the decision to extend our 2020 season and give more holidaymakers the chance for a UK getaway. 🐕And if that wasn’t great enough, we’ve added way more dog accommodation, because all furry friends need a holiday too!
