Awarded per battlegroup at the end of a season based on top ranked percentage. The exact rating and rank required to get this is variable, as it depends on how many teams are in your battlegroup. You only keep the title for one particular arena season. 2v2 teams no longer give you titles.

Can a gladiator return to the 2v2 bracket?
With Glad just needing 2400 + 50 wins, it dimishes the exclusivity just like you mentioned and it doesnt hold much value as it did previously, thus the reason, it could return to the 2v2 bracket as another avenue to obtain Gladiator. I’m cool with it but it loses the prestige value of being a gladiator imo.
