How to return to Running Room?
Please place the unused, unworn products back in the original package, reseal and attach / fix the return shipping label to the outside. Online orders can also be returned to your local Running Room location, please take along your order invoice.

A good rule of thumb is to replace your running shoes every 300 to 400 miles, depending on your running style, body weight, and the surface on which you run. Lighter runners can get new shoes at the upper end of the recommendation while heavier runners should consider replacement shoes closer to 300 miles.

Running Room offers price protection: Present your receipt with proof that the item is being advertised at a lower price within 10 days of purchase and we will refund the price difference. Your credit will be the same form of payment used in the original transaction.
How long does it take to return items to runnings.com?
Items purchased in store or on Runnings.com may be returned or exchanged at any store location. All returns and exchanges must be completed within 60 days with a copy of your receipt. Returns and exchanges must be in their original manufacturer’s packaging.
