Scribbling names back and forth a decade ago, trying to give a title to their band that didn’t start out as a band at all, Anthony Green and Colin Frangicetto eventually arrived at the word “Survive.” The “Circa” part (occasionally mistaken for “Circus” by outsiders in the early days) completed the title.
