Is a sorcery card a permanent?
A sorcery is not a permanent. See rule 307, “Sorceries.” 307.1. A player who has priority may cast a sorcery card from their hand during a main phase of their turn when the stack is empty.

Just like creature cards and tokens, artifacts cards and token (incl Equipment cards and tokens) are also permaments when they are on the battelfield.

What is Dryad Arbor good for?
Dryad Arbor is a very interesting utility “land” and can be fetched up in easy and useful ways! It’s a blocker that fetchlands can find and a land that cards like Green Sun’s Zenith can search up for a very low cost.
Does World Slayer destroy lands?
Worldslayer’s ability is a single destroy event. When it resolves, it will destroy everything it possibly can, which would be the Consecrate Land. The Land you enchanted is still indestructible at this time though.
