Can you get to Sicily by car?
If you don’t want to drive You just have to choose one of the 7 main ports from where ferries depart for Sicily: Cagliari, Civitavecchia, Genoa, Naples, Salerno, Reggio Calabria, Villa San Giovanni (to which we have already mentioned). Civitavecchia, Naples and Genoa are easily reachable by car.
