Brown first appeared on Real World/Road Rules: Fresh Meat in 2006 and participated in five more competitions before ending her run with 2015’s Rivals II, during which she was airlifted from the Panama filming site to a New York City hospital when her cancer returned for a third time.

Diem and CT avoided relationship titles after The Duel, but they did start dating despite living on opposite sides of the country. By 2008’s The Gauntlet III, it was clear that they were an official couple.

A source says Tamburello was among those who spent time with her in her final days, but contrary to reports, he was not in the room when she died. The source also says reports that she accepted a proposal from him in the hospital are untrue: “They were clearly not engaged.”
Why did Diem break up with CT?
CT visited Diem in her final days Diem’s medical situation prevented her from continuing in the game, and CT left with her. She later found out that her cancer had come back for a third time and had spread. Just a few weeks later — on November 14, 2014 — Diem lost her battle with cancer.
Why is Evan banned from the challenge?
