Baki (2018) is the Season 3 in the franchise as it picks up after the events of the 2001 series. But the plot is loosely connected so it won’t be a problem if you skip the older Baki. With that been said, if you’re a fan of vintage anime, Baki the Grappler (2001) is highly recommended.
