Can you leave Old World Blues?
When you the start the Old World Blues DLC in FNV, you are teleported to the Big MT and can’t leave until you complete the “Old World Blues” quest and watch the tutorial above.
Can I store things in the sink New Vegas?
All storage containers in the Sink are safe to store equipment. The Sink has no bathroom. There are storage cabinets mounted in the walls above the crafting and reloading benches containing some basic components. They are horizontal and very easy to miss.
How do you get your brain back in Old World Blues?
The Courier’s brain can be implanted into the Courier’s skull after the end of Old World Blues by using the “Swap Bodyparts” option on the Sink’s Auto-Doc; this gives the Big Brained perk. Like the spine and heart, the brain can be taken out and put back in at any time.

As the name suggests, the LAER is modified by Elijah, during his stay in Big MT. The weapon’s condition only has 50 HP, so it degrades incredibly fast. Using bulk ammunition can prolong this weapon’s life, at the cost of reduced damage.
