Avid has released a statement saying that Pro Tools 2020 is NOT currently supported on Windows 10 version 20H2. If you do use Pro Tools and have Windows 10 version 20H2 installed, we recommend uninstalling it to avoid any issues for the time being.

What is the difference between Pro Tools and Pro Tools first?
With Pro Tools Ultimate, you get up to 256 tracks with a 48 kHz sample rate. Pro Tools First limits you to 16 simultaneous tracks no matter what sample rate you are using. The number of hardware-dependent inputs is also limited. You get four inputs and four audio recording tracks at the same time.
