When should I use keys in Borderlands 2?
Golden keys always give purple rarity items. I’d say just use a few whenever you feel like you need new gear and don’t want to farm. Once you get to 72 you’ll probably be farming for legendaries and the keys will pretty much be useless except for maybe class mods.
How do u get golden keys?
Golden Keys can be acquired by:
- Finding one in an unlocked normal Chest in the Dungeon.
- Killing a Dungeon Slime (100% chance).
- Killing any other Dungeon enemy (1/65 chance).
- Breaking a Pot in the Dungeon (1/40 chance).
How do you get a diamond key?
To get the diamond key in the game, players will need to own the Director’s Cut DLC. Because of this, they will be given access to the new progress system called Vault Card. The players will need to level up these vault cards in order to get rewards like Legendary gear, cosmetics and even the diamond key.
Are golden keys shared between characters?
