We have no plans for crossplay at this time! It’s an enormous feature that we can’t undertake.

A: Hotseat/local multiplayer is not something we ever planned or budgeted for. Not only that, but Armello is a game where the obfuscation and acquisition of information is a core mechanic and critical to many of the game’s political dynamics. As such, we don’t plan on implementing free chat into Armello.

The rules are all oriented in having the fastest experience possible. If the matchmaking find two players, the game will start in a minute. AIs for the players not found within this time frame. The game itself is all in fast mode (or Fury Mode from custom games). At the beginning of the game a random catastrophic event will set a new rule.
