Unfortunately not, judging by our latest reliability survey. It finished in 24th place out of 25 cars in the family SUV class. Few of the cars we were told about had a higher proportion of faults than the Qashqai, with 40% of them going wrong.

What is the best spec Qashqai?
The Tekna was the highest-specification car that you could buy when it was being promoted by Nissan, which means comes with plenty of equipment as standard. It makes an excellent used buy as Tekna models aren’t usually a huge amount more expensive than lesser cars.
