Is Rymar stain good?
By far the best performing stain & sealer on the market. Easily out performs other stains on the market by 3-5 times. Have done many decks with this product and have seen them last years. Most other oil based or latex based semi-transparent stains last a year in Iowa climates.

I would use the Rymar extreme. It is a wet on wet application (two coats one time). Dries slowly in shady areas and on hardwoods so warn your customers to stay off the deck for a few days unless they like stain tracked in their houses.
