4Change Energy energy plans You are billed your normal rate up to 500 kWh but anything you use between 501 kWh and 1,000 kWh is free. Then, once you use over 1,000 kWh, you’ll be billed for usage again. Additionally, you’ll receive a $25 bill credit when you hit 1,000 kWh.
