What happens after you submit Ouac 105?
You will receive a confirmation number when you successfully submit your application changes and/or respond to an offer of admission. Respond to offers of admission by the deadline date the university included in the offer details.

As part of the application process, you may upload a Ryerson Supplementary Form via the Choose>Ryerson applicant portal. The Ryerson Supplementary Form is required for consideration to the Midwifery Education Program. There is a supplemental/document evaluation fee of $90 (in addition to the base application fee) for all OUAC 105 applicants.
