We begin our collections during normal working hours (Weekdays), 8.30am – 12.30pm (Saturday). No collection or deliveries on Sunday, public holidays and respective state holidays.

You can choose to drop off your parcel at the nearest City-Link Express drop-off points without paying money upfront. You can print the Air Waybill directly from Shopee Seller Centre instead of using the handwritten Waybill.
How long does Citylink take to deliver?
As a general rule, the City Link Express delivery time is approximately 3 to 7 business days. With the Premium service, the delivery time can be reduced to 24 or 48 hours. To international destinations, delivery time is approximately one week.

On EastLink you will be charged tolls plus vehicle matching fee for each trip.

You can pay a toll notice and top up your account at participating United Petroleum or newsagent outlets. Payments can be made using a credit card, debit card or cash. A minimum payment of $20 applies for manual account top ups. You can use our website to quickly find your nearest participating outlet.
