How many problems are in the International Mathematical Olympiad?
The examination consists of six problems. Each problem is worth seven points, so the maximum total score is 42 points. No calculators are allowed. The examination is held over two consecutive days; each day the contestants have four-and-a-half hours to solve three problems.
Can a school change the date of an Olympiad exam?
Schools may select one date for conducting an Olympiad exam in their school. Change of date is not permitted. There are separate question papers for different dates. Schools may send registrations by 30 days before the chosen date of each exam.
