The HL is a tad bit bigger on the head portion if the light. I notice it has a tighter fit than my TLR-1 inside my Kydex holster. When I put the HL on some of the inside of the Kydex holster scrapped off suggesting its a little bigger than the TLR-1 and s model. I believe all the TLR-1 lights are the same size.
