These run SO small. I almost always wear a 6, but if anything, occasionally I will need a 5.5 in sneakers that run a little large.

They are meant to be worn without socks and the canvas and fibers give, as well as conform to your foot. They will fit like a glove after a few wearings. If you do want to always wear socks, either wear thin socks, or perhaps consider 1/2 size bigger in the shoe.
Do Soludos sneakers have arch support?
No arch support but the bottoms are sturdy. The rubber on the bottom has started to wear a bit after 2 months, but the price is right for a one season shoe. Half size up worked best for me (I usually wear a 7.5). Wish Zappos carried more colors (such as oxblood!) as shown on the Soludos site.
