How long do you work at Mississippi State University?
18 days/per year (144 hours) from the first month until 3 years of service. Nine Month faculty earn major medical leave in lieu of personal leave. (15 days/year.) 12-month Faculty and Staff earn 12 days/year from the first month until 3 years of service. University employees are afforded 15 paid holidays.
