How do I bill a UPS account?
To bill charges to a UPS account:
- Select Bill My UPS Account Number.
- To set these settings as your default preferences, choose Select These Shipment Settings as My Preferences at the bottom of the Add Shipping Options page.
- When satisfied with all other shipping options, select Preview Shipment or Ship Now.

- Electronic Payment From a Bank Account – Electronic Debit.

To set up One-Time Payments online in the UPS Billing Centre:
- Select the Pay Now button on the Overview page to pay outstanding invoices.
- You may select the Pay Now button on the Invoice Summary page.
- Select the invoice you want to pay.
- Select the day you want the payment to be processed by UPS.
How long does it take UPS to bill you?
The billing cycle ends, and bills are printed, on Saturday and payment is due within seven calendar days from the bill date. Therefore, you should pay your bill upon receipt. Note: Payment for air freight shipments is due within 10 days of the invoice date.
Does UPS bill after delivery?
All shipping charges are then posted to the receiver’s payment account, with the exception of declared value for carriage and verbal delivery confirmation. These charges will be billed to your payment account.
