Can you walk from Sauble Falls to Sauble Beach?
The one unique thing is that you can walk across. This is the Sauble Falls Provincial Park, amazing to see! There were many waterfalls. There were bridges to see it better with the waterfalls.
Can you swim in Sauble Falls?
Sauble Falls is a day use area, it is seperate from all the campsites. This natural, beautifull waterfall is tired and worn out. Adults and children climb the rocks, swim in the water, jump off the falls(caution; you can touch bottom!). There is clothing left behind, towels, socks, swim suits and even underwear!
Are washrooms open at Sauble Beach?
The only public washroom facilities that will be open in Sauble Beach will be at the town square and Sixth Street washroom building. Two porta-potties will be open at Bluewater Park in Wiarton. The washrooms are to be cleaned twice daily from Monday to Friday with a full-time attendant present on weekends.
Are tents allowed on Sauble Beach?
There is NO OVERNIGHT CAMPING allowed on the beach.
Can you drink alcohol on Sauble Beach?
No you can’t bring alcohol to the beach…but there is a bar across the street… please don’t drink and drive….
Is there free parking at Sauble Beach?
Parking is free at nearby Saugeen Shores beaches. Jackson said she’s not concerned that the higher fees for non-residents will drive people away from Sauble Beach.
Will Grand Bend beach open this summer?
Grand Bend – Beaches are open and the water is warmer than usual. This year do yourselves a favour and visit the very Best Beach in all of Ontario! Spring is on its way and that leads to the Summer of 2021 which is going to be wide open. Minor Covid-19 restrictions but the beach will be open.
