The first 4 weeks of training were fun and made you feel excited to start working for Uline. However, once you are on your own, management expects you to be perfect. It makes you start feeling uncomfortable because you’re constantly thinking your work has to be on point and perfect.

This company needs to become Union. Only way employees will get some type of protection. Uline is constantly hiring because employees are constantly quitting or getting fired.
