Do you have to pay to hike in Mohonk Preserve?
To access the land you need to have a current membership or pay a day use fee. Children 12 and under are free and must be accompanied by an adult. The following day fees apply: $15 for hikers.
How much is parking at Mohonk?
You can pay $25 per car on the weekend to park in the parking lot at the gate house to the resort. From this parking lot, you can hike to Mohonk Mountain House and hike the any of the trails.
How long is the labyrinth and lemon squeeze hike?
~4.5 to 5.5 miles round trip: from the hiker parking, including the scramble… but depends on the route taken. Mix of easy gravel carriage roads and rockier trail (or you can just take the carriage roads) with a challenging rock scramble.
Is the Mohonk Preserve open to the public?

Where to park for day guests at Mohonk?
Parking for day guest hiking passes is located adjacent to the Mohonk Gatehouse, this is approximately 2.2 miles from the Mountain House. There are restroom facilities and vending machines in this parking lot. Day hiking guests are not permitted inside the Mountain House.
Do you need a day permit to bike to Mohonk?
A Preserve day permit will allow you to bike (not drive) onto all three properties; paying the Minnewaska parking fee only gives you access to Minnewaska.
