The biggest eyebrow-raiser with last week’s Gran Turismo 6 reveal was that it’s launching on the PS3, and not the PS4. The difference between Gran Turismo and GT2 is unbelievable, but they’re both on the same platform.

Once you’ve entered a race, instead of beginning it, go over to the driving options submenu. From there, scroll down to Auto-Drive. This will open a drop-down menu where you can select to have Automatic brakes, auto brakes and steering or none at all. If you want to disable the self-brakes, select “off”.

It’s the end of an era. After just shy of 52 months, Polyphony Digital has flipped the switch on Gran Turismo 6’s online servers. One thing GT6 still can claim over not only its successor but the rest of the competition, is the Track Path Editor. Sadly, with the end of the online services, that feature dies too.
