Can the Rspca help me?
Branch welfare assistance On occasion, an RSPCA branch may be able to offer a contribution to a vet bill, known as welfare assistance. The owner of the animal is always responsible for all care and veterinary costs.
Can you rescue animals from the pound?
About POUND Rescue POUND Rescue Inc is a private rescue group which saves dogs and cats from death row in pounds across NSW, and sometimes QLD and the ACT. All our rescued animals are desexed, microchipped and up to date with their vaccinations and worming.
How long does it take for Rspca to come out?
Complaints will be acknowledged within five working days and then replied to in full within a further 25 working days. Although we reply to the majority of complaints within 25 working days, if the matter is complex and requires greater investigation it may take longer.

How can I get a free dog?
You can get a free puppy by simply emailing individuals or organizations with firsthand information on free puppies, such as dog shelters and rescues, kennel clubs, or dog breeders. You can also ask a neighbor whose dog has a new litter or search Facebook groups with a ‘free dog adoption’ handle.

No legal seizure of your animals can take place unless entry to your premises has taken place with proper authority.
