Measure from where you wear the top of your chaps, (usually the top of the hip bone, although some people wear them higher) all the way to the floor. Make sure you are wearing your riding boots and jeans. This mea- surement equals entire length of chaps from top waist edge of chaps to bottom edge of fringe.
