ETSF is a temporary storage facility which is situated inside or outside the approved area of a sea or airport, where non-Union goods may be placed into storage prior to being placed under a customs procedure or re-exported.
What is a non inventory linked entry?
At an inventory linked port, you access the port record and present entries against it. At non inventory you simply submit entries to customs and inform the driver/port of the entry details. Inventory linking ensures that nothing can leave the port unless and until the customs process is complete.

A declaration by conduct can be made on someone else’s behalf. For example, a haulier can make a declaration by conduct if they’ve been given authority to do so by an importer.
