Are Mora carving knives any good?
On the whole Mora offer very good quality for a reasonable price. I wanted a straight edge carving knife so bought this 122, and unfortunately the quality is awful. It came reasonably sharp but the laminated blade is soft and on mine bent which meant keeping a nice scandi ground edge very difficult.
