Can you train legs with rings?
This is a very challenging exercise at first and will take quite a bit of practice to master. Fortunately gymnastics rings are so versatile that you can place them low enough so that you can use your legs to assist you with the dip. You can also try assisting with a single leg as your build your way up to full dips.
Are gymnastic rings a good workout?

Bring your arms down and out in an “A” position without bending your elbows then raise the rings to the starting position in front of you. We recommend starting with this workout and mixing it into your rotation twice a week, for at least 3 weeks before attempting any other serious ring workouts.
Can you train rings everyday?
