Where will the new train stations be in Melbourne?
New underground stations will be created at Arden, Parkville, Domain and two new CBD stations, State Library and Town Hall. Enabling works were underway by 2016 and major construction work on the tunnel and stations began in 2017. The project has an estimated cost of $11 billion and is scheduled to be complete by 2025.

What is the HS2 route? The new railway line running between London and the West Midlands would carry 400m-long (1,300ft) trains with as many as 1,100 seats per train. The line would enable trains to reach speeds of up to 250mph and would run as often as 14 times an hour in each direction.

How much will Elizabeth line cost?
The total estimated cost has risen from an initial budget of £14.8 billion to £18.7 billion, as of August 2020. Originally planned to open in 2018, the project continues to be delayed. The central section is planned to open in the first half of 2022.
Will the Elizabeth line ever open?

It is running three years behind schedule and more than £4 billion over budget. But TfL and Crossrail are now confident the central section of the line, which will be known as the Elizabeth Line, will be open before July 2022. Trains on this line will run between Paddington and Abbey Wood.
