You’re correct, Red Reboot doesn’t negate WTD since when WTD is destroyed it is a trap effect activating, not a trap card.
Is Imperial Order good?
Imperial Order remains a viable Side Deck and Main Deck card even though it was originally from Pharaoh’s Servant. Locks out and locks down all spell cards for 700 per Standby Phase. Not much else to say about this card. It’s great, it still is great after all these years.
What can destroy Imperial Order?
Cards like “Mirror Wall”, “The Regulation of Tribe”, and “Imperial Order” will still be destroyed if you do not pay their maintenance costs.
Can you negate waking the dragon?
He can’t be targeted or destroyed by effects, and can once per turn negate/destroy a card or effect to gain 1000 ATK. He’s also got an effect that can destroy cards based on the normal monsters used as material in his summon; cheating Dragoon into play invalidates this ability, but he’s still a formidable option.
