Can you drive up Clent Hills?
It is open every day except Christmas Day, from 9am-5pm March-October and 9am-4pm November-February. Outside of these times, the car park is locked and there is no out-of-hours service available to release your vehicle should it get locked in.

Why did animals leave the Clent Hills area?
It was once prevalent on Clent when animals grazed the land, keeping down any new plant growth by eating seeds and shoots before they could establish themselves. When the animals were removed, scrub, bracken and trees started to take over and the grassland and wildlife it supported was lost.
How to get to the top of Clent Hill?
At the Clent Hills sign over the track, fork right signposted as a bridleway. Coming out of the trees take the left fork and continue up the hill enjoying the views to your right. Just before the top of the hill, turn left onto a path marked “easy access path”.
