You can unlock most of the characters in Dynasty Warriors: Strikeforce by going through the Story Mode.
- Diao Chan – Beat “Battle of Hu Lao Gate” 5-Star.
- Dong Zhuo – Beat “Battle of Luo Yang” and “Battle of Mei Castle” 5-Star.
- Lu Bu – Complete the sixth chapter in Story Mode.
