What does waiting room mean o2 priority?
The Waiting Room is a feature used by one of our ticketing partners, AXS.com. The Waiting Room for Priority Tickets events on AXS opens 30 minutes before ticket sales begin. Once the waiting room opens, AXS weed out the bots and then randomly choose fans to search for tickets.

How does AXS work?
AXS Mobile ID is a digital ticketing system that allows you to enter an event with the AXS mobile app. Upon purchasing tickets, your AXS tickets will be automatically added to your existing AXS account. If you do not currently have an AXS account you will be instructed to create one during your purchase.
Is AXS reliable for tickets?
Every ticket purchased on AXS is guaranteed real and authentic, but too many tickets on other sites are fraudulent. If available for your event, you’ll be able to use your tickets with a simple scan of your AXS Mobile ID in the AXS app – no paper tickets required.
Do you have to pay for O2 priority?
Priority is a free service (although you will be using your data allowance when using the service) and it’s exclusive to O2 mobile customers. Priority contains a mixture of exclusive offers and some offers that are Open2All. Exclusive offers are only available to O2 customers.
