Does Net10 support 2G?
In order to prepare for new cellular technologies, our network partners are beginning the process of phasing out their 2G coverage. Due to this, Tracfone, SafeLink, Net10 and Straight Talk will no longer be able to provide coverage for customers using 2G phones.

Network Partners With Net10, you can likely keep your current network when you switch. A company spokesperson told me that Net10 uses the four major networks: Verizon, AT, T-Mobile and Sprint.
Can I add extra data to my Net10 plan?
Net10 Wireless has a few add-on cards available. If you run out of high-speed data in a month you can add 500MB more for $5 or 1GB for $10. As long as the customer keeps their line active, unused add-on data never expires and carries over until the customer consumes it.
Can I put my Net10 SIM card in another phone?
Nope. The SIM is locked to the IME1. Won’t work in a different phone. SERO + Android = win.
Can I use a GSM phone with Net10?
Use your own unlocked compatible GSM or CDMA phone Nationwide with NET10! If you purchase a new phone online, it will include a SIM card Free but if you would like to use an existing phone, purchase this SIM card activation Kit. NET10 BYOP Kit will only work with an AT, T-mobile or Verizon compatible phone.
Will any unlocked phone work with Net10?

What kind of data plan does NET10 have?
Unlimited Data Plans: Net10 Wireless lists a few different unlimited data plan options, however, although your data is never cut off completely, your high-speed data is capped. Basically each “unlimited” plan has a set amount of 4G LTE data you can use each month, after which your data speeds will be slowed down to 2G speeds (aka, really slow!).
Is there a lease to own plan with Net10?
