Do you have to pay to watch Tough Mudder?
First things first, all spectators are required to purchase a spectator ticket. You can do this online prior to the event or at the event site. We highly recommend purchasing ahead of time. In addition to entry to the event your ticket will provide you free parking and a free beer.

Can you skip obstacles in Tough Mudder?
Yes. Tough Mudder 5K, 10K, and 15K are not races and participants are encouraged to skip any obstacle they are not comfortable completing. The way we see it, you are there to have fun and challenge yourself.
Can a 15 year old do Tough Mudder?
Yes, Tough Mudder 5K participants must be at least 13 years old, and Tough Mudder 10K or Tough Mudder 15K (Classic in 2021 events) participants must be at least 14 years old. Participants for Tough Mudder Infinity must be at least 14 years old while Toughest and World’s Toughest events must be at least 18 years old.

Designed for kids ages 7-12, Mini Mudder is a 1-mile, 8-obstacle event that that we’re putting on in collaboration with Nickelodeon—and it lets kids experience teamwork and adventure all while getting really, really muddy.

The Tough Mudder team will be sad to see you go, but should anything get in the way of your upcoming event, you have until 60 days before the event date to register your cancellation and obtain a full refund (minus a cancellation fee of $30). Cancellations made sooner to the event will not be eligible for a refund.
