In the last two weeks, ARO Collections INC has called us daily. Sometimes, several times a day. On August 10, they called at 2:26pm. My husband told them the account they were calling about had already been dealt with and they hung up with each other. At 2:31pm, they called back.

Look up the statute of limitations, where if you do no admit you owe them any money, and you have not paid them during this time, after 2 years they can’t sue you in Ontario. If after this time, you admit that you owe them money , or start paying them, then you are back to square 1, where they can sue you.
