As per previous contributer, when the tide is out you could run from Low Newton through to Embleton. I’d estimate it’s about 2.5 to 3 miles… unless you go there and back. The beach ‘runs out’ beyond Embleton but if you’re ambitious, you could cut up to the dunes and run right through to Craster on the tops.
