Having enjoyed Monical’s famous thin crust pizza for many years, I was more than pleasantly surprised by how delicious their deep dish (“pan”) pizzas were. We had the Deluxe and the Florentine, and both were equally impressive. Monical’s can be hit-or-miss depending on the location, but this one did not disappoint.

In order for us to ship our Oven-Ready (frozen) pizzas, they have to be manufactured in a USDA-approved facility. We make them in our restaurants and can maintain quality that way, but aren’t able to ship them due to the USDA restriction.
