As of September 2018, NewsFix SFL no longer airs on the station. WSFL was acquired by the E. W. Scripps Company in September 2019. Newscasts returned to WSFL in June 2021 with 7-9 a.m. and 10 p.m. editions of Local 10 News produced by BH Media-owned ABC affiliate WPLG.
