How does Sky viewing card work?
Your Sky viewing card is linked to your account and allows your Sky box to access your subscription channels. To use your viewing card, it must be activated and paired with your Sky box. Insert your card into the slot on the front of your Sky box. Press Services on your Sky remote, select Settings, and then Details.
Do I need a Sky card to watch Freeview?
Many homes have free satellite and Freeview to get the full range of channels. You will still need to keep your Sky viewing card. It is not possible to plug an aerial into a Sky Digibox to receive Freeview channels because the boxes have not been designed this way.
