Restaurant closing: III Forks steakhouse says goodbye to Midtown PGA. A Palm Beach Gardens steakhouse that was a 14-year fixture on PGA Boulevard served its last filet mignon Sunday. III Forks Prime Steakhouse permanently closed its doors after service that night, the restaurant’s local publicist confirmed.
