The SAA upper receiver is supposedly made by Aero Precision. Not sure who makes their barrels but probably the same people who make most of these AR barrels… FN. You can have the best barrel in the world but if the upper receiver isn’t machined properly, it won’t shoot well at all.

I just bought an Anderson lower. The only negative I could find was that there was burrs left over from either the forging or milling process. They were located on the inside of the pivot pin area and prevented the upper receiver from being fully sat in place. I few quick strokes with a file removed them.
