All returned items must be accompanied by a valid till receipt. Items can only be returned within 30 days of date on receipt. Goods returned as sold, with a valid receipt, may be exchanged for store credit.

Trilogy Retail Enterprises LP
Chapters Inc. and Indigo Books & Music Inc. said Wednesday they’ve agreed to the terms of a deal to merge the two retail chains. Trilogy Retail Enterprises LP, the company launched by Indigo founder Heather Reisman and her husband Gerry Schwartz to acquire Chapters, controls 70.5 per cent of the company.
Does chapters price match with Amazon?
Can you imagine if Best Buy or Futureshop start practicing the “prices may vary in store” policy? Chapters/Indigo needs to align their online/instore customer experience if they’re going to fend off Amazon. The company as a whole, does not price match.
